WE ARE CHRIST'S AMBASSADORS

2Corinthians 5:20 We are Christ's ambassadors. We represent the kingdom of heaven here on earth.
An ambassador is a person sent to a foreign country to represent his/her own government.

Amos 3:7 The Lord will do nothing without revealing his secret to his servants the prophets.

Genesis 18:16-33 God could not hide from Abraham what He wanted to do to Sodom and Gomorrah.

2Kings 4:18-37 The Shunammite woman knew where to run to when he son was dead. Instead of rushing to the funeral undertakers she ran to the man of God. Can people of the world run to us as Christians if they are stranded?

1Kings 18:21-39 Elijah represented God's kingdom and God supported him.

John 14:10-14 When an ambassador speaks he does not speak of himself but he speaks on behalf of his kingdom/government. We do the works of Jesus because we are his representatives here on earth. If you ask anything in the name of Jesus he will do it.
Matthew 16:18-19 We have the keys of the kingdom of heaven. We have authority to bind things on earth and they get bound also in heaven. If we loose something on earth, it is also loosed in heaven.
