THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

Genesis 1:1-3 The Holy Spirit is like a potential energy – he is always ready to bring to fruition God's plan. He is there even in the midst of chaos – all we need to do is recognize him and give him an opportunity to help us. He is gentle – he does not force things.


John 16:13 The Holy Spirit has come to guide us and to show us things to come. Let's not neglect him.


Romans 8:26-27 The Holy Spirit helps us in our infirmities. He helps us in prayer even when we do not know what to pray for as we ought.

Jude 20 Build up yourselves in your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.

1Corinthians 14:2,4-6,14-19 Praying in tongues is for every Christian who is baptized in the Holy Spirit.


Mark 16:17 Those who believe in Jesus will speak in new tongues.


Acts 2:38-39 The gift of the Holy Spirit is also for us today. His time did not end during the time of the apostle Paul.

Luke 11:10-13 The Holy Spirit is a gift, all you need to do is to receive.
