2008 - The Year of Abundance

(09-12-2007,16-12-2007)

Our God is The All Sufficient One. He is a God who is more than enough.
Even when He blesses He does it exceedingly.
John 10:10 (Ampl) Jesus came so that we may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).
2Corinthians 9:8,11 God makes all grace come to us in abundance, so that we may always under all circumstances and whatever the need be self sufficient. We are enriched in every way so that we can be generous on every occasion. NIV "God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all you need, you will abound in every good work." "You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion…"

2Corinthians 8:9 Jesus was rich but for our sakes he became poor so that we through his poverty might be rich.
Genesis 13:2 Abraham was very rich.
1Timothy 6:17 Those who are rich in this world should not be high minded or trust in riches, but trust in God who gives us richly all things to enjoy, they should do good and be rich in good works, ready to distribute and willing to share.
Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.
Malachi 3:10 "…, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.
Deuteronomy 8:9-18 The Lord is bringing you into a land (year) where you will have no shortage. When you have eaten and are full beware that you do not forget the Lord your God. When you have built good houses and dwell in them, do not forget the Lord your God.
Deuteronomy 8:18 God gives you power to get wealth. Notice that this verse does not say that God gives you wealth. You have the power to get wealth.

Isaiah 48:17 God teaches you to profit. He guides you in business ideas. If you are employed your salary is just a seed to get you where you should be.

Philippians 4:10-19 (Ampl.) (12-13, 18-19) I know how to live in abundance (do not forget the Lord who gives me power to get wealth). I know how to suffer need (because I know how to trust the Lord to meet my need). I have all and abound: I am full
If you are involved in giving, my God shall liberally supply (fill to the full) your every need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Not according to your work or your family background)
I do not compare myself with anybody. I do not compete with anybody.

Confession:
Deuteronomy 8:18
Isaiah 48:17
Philippians 4:19
