Agape – God kind of love. Unselfish love. The love that desires to bless. A love of will rather than emotions. God's unconditional love
Phileo – natural love (love of mother to child or parent to child) – 2Samuel 13:39 (27-30, 37-39) David longed for Absalom. Even though Absalom was responsible for the death of his brother Amnon, after he ran away for 3 years, David missed him as his son.
