OH THAT YOU WOULD BLESS ME INDEED

(03-10-2010) Blessed = empowered to prosper. It is very important to have the blessing of the Lord upon your life.


Genesis 32:24-32 Jacob was left alone, then he wrestled with the Lord and prevailed. "I will not let you go unless you bless me". There are times when you need to be alone and seek the Lord. There are times when need to wrestle with the Lord. You need to present your case before the Lord – come let's reason together.

Isaiah 1:18-19

*Isaiah 1:19-20 If you be willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land but if you refuse and rebel you shall be devoured by the sword. From this verse does it seem like for you to eat the good of the land is God's choice ?



1Chronicles 4:9 - 10 "I pray that you would bless me and give me more land" It doesn't matter how your past/background is like; the Lord's blessing can change your future. If you have an encounter with the Master, things will never be the same.

Isaiah 54:2 Enlarge the place of your tent, lengthen your cords. Dream big. Believe big. God is a big God. Do not limit yourself.


2Kings 7:3-4 "Why do we sit here till we die?" What are you doing about your situation? How committed are you to pursue God's will for your life.


Do not be satisfied with the status quo. God can change your situation.


*Matthew 15:21-28 The healing of the Canaanite woman's daughter was not up to God (Jesus) but it was up to this woman. Even your healing is up to you. Jesus has already done his part. 1Peter 2:24


*Mark 5:25-34 The healing of the woman with the issue of blood was up to her. If she did not go to Jesus she could have bled to death.

This lady took a decision (willing) followed by action (obedience)


Philippians 3:10-16 My determination is to know the Lord more and more. I keep on pressing to a higher goal. I do not relax and say I have arrived.


Numbers 6:23-26 May the Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make his face shine upon you.
