(Faith as a grain of mustard seed) 09-09-2007
Romans 10:17 (KJV)
Luke 17:5-6
A mustard seed is a small seed with a great potential. Every seed houses great potential. Plant the seed and see what it will bring forth. That's why I believe in planting (seed time and harvest). Speak your faith and exercise your faith.
Faith in you has great potential, release it and see the result.
Mark 4:30-32 The mustard seed potential
Matthew 17:20
Mark 4:3,13-20 (NIV) The devil knows the potential power of the word, that's why he will try to steal it before it can produce results.
Mark 11:12-14,20-24 Speak your faith and see the results.
A challenge – what have you been speaking? Remember Jesus cursed the fig tree and it withered away. The words you speak can bless or curse.
Jesus never spoke the problem, he spoke what he wanted to see happen. Jesus did not discuss the fig tree with his disciples, he spoke to it and his disciples heard it. In verse 23 the word say appears 3 to 4 times but the word believe only appears once. Most Christians do not have problem with believing, but with saying.
You will have what you say whether good or bad. "I told my people that they will have what they say but they say what they have."
