GO IN AND POSSES THE LAND

2005 has come and gone. Now we have started 2006. Life is a journey. You need to focus on your goals. Many of you have made resolutions for this year.

It is not enough just to go in but it is also necessary to possess. Not just to be in 2006 but to achieve things in 2006. Make 2006 a fruitful year.

How do we face this year?

1. Forget the things that are behind and reach forth to those things that are ahead. Philippians 3:13

1. Don't busk in your past glories and successes, neither be a prisoner of your past failures. Allow the past year to pass with its failures.
2. The children of Israel had a tendency of always thinking back to Egypt. God is not impressed with people who keep on looking backward.

2. Serve the Lord and keep His Word.
1. Let your food be always to do the will of your Father. Jesus knew that he was on a mission – to do the Father's will.

2. Keep the commandments of the Lord. Teach them also to your children. Deuteronomy 6:1-9

3. Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God.

As you please your Father, you will surely be successful and prosperous, but beware that you do not forget the Lord your God.
