TRUSTING IN THE LORD (Part 2)
Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding.
Psalms 118:8 It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
Psalms 20:7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
Romans 4:17-24 Abraham believed and trusted God in hopeless situation. We should also be fully persuaded that what God has promised, he is able also to perform.
Psalms 89:34 "My covenant will I not break nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips."
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie. He cannot say something and not do it.
Hebrews 11:8 Genesis 12:1-4
Abram trusted God and left his country and relatives to a land that God would show him. This was to Abram's advantage (Amplified version). When God tell you to do something it is for your advantage.
